Le Vesinet
Le Vesinet, with a population of around 17,000, is on the South-Western outskirts of Paris and is a delightful garden suburb with many trees and lakes as well as a thriving market and shopping centre.
A short distance from Le Vesinet is Chatou, home of the Impressionists and under an hour's drive is Giverny and the famous Monet garden.
Twinning between Worcester and Le Vesinet commenced in 1994.
A number of visits and exchanges have taken place and friendships formed.

Worcester is a regular participant at Le Vesinet's Fete de la Marguerite and Christmas Twinning Fair.
The Le Vesinet stall at the Worcester Christmas Fayre is renown for its crepes. The Worcester Christmas Fayre takes place each year at the end of November / early December.
